The Arctic poppy, also known as Papaver radicatum, is a <strong>perennial herb<\/strong> that grows in the tundra regions of the Arctic and sub-Arctic. It has a height of around <strong>14 cm<\/strong> and is leafless, with a cup-shaped flower on each stem.
